Paddles for a Purpose Pickleball Tournament:
A Huge Success!!
On Saturday, April 26, 2025 our community came together in an incredible way for our 2nd Annual (sold-out) Paddles for a Purpose Pickleball Tournament — and what a day it was!
We had a fantastic turnout at The Pickle Garden at The Yards, filled with friendly competition, lots of laughter, and an amazing spirit of support for Mission House. Thanks to everyone’s generosity and energy, we came just shy of reaching our $10,000 fundraising goal. Every dollar raised helps us continue our mission of providing compassionate care and support for our neighbors in need.

A special shoutout to JL Smith Holistic Wealth Management for sponsoring the Hydration Station — a much-loved stop for players to grab snacks and cold beverages and stay refreshed throughout the day.
We were also thrilled to welcome the Foodie Stop food truck, who kept everyone fueled with their delicious meals. Their amazing menu was a huge hit with players and spectators alike!
This event would not have been possible without the players, volunteers, sponsors, and fans who showed up with so much heart. Thank you for believing in our mission and making this event such a memorable success. We can't wait to see you back on the courts next year!
