Clinic

Service times vary by program; see below.


Adult-only Homeless Day Facility Service Hours:

Client Services entrance outside of gate on 8th Street.

Monday through Friday:
10 AM - 1 PM
Case Management, Lunch and Shower Services
4 PM - 7 PM
Dinner and Shower Services

Saturday & Sunday:
10 AM - 1 PM
Lunch and Shower Services

Meal Services:

⏱️Monday - Friday: 12 PM and 6 PM

⏱️Saturday: 12 PM

⏱️Sunday: 12 PM

Client and Guest Services:

On Monday through Friday, the following services are available for clients two hours before lunch including:

  • Hot showers, with complimentary toiletries

  • A visit to Kulik’s Closet for a fresh change of clothes

  • Phone usage for active clients and guests of Crisis Care

  • One-on-one case management services

Case Management Services:

Mission House clients work one-on-one with the case managers to develop a program planned to restore their independence.  Services for active clients include:

  • Obtaining identification

  • Sources of income

  • Housing referrals

  • Substance abuse referrals

  • Medical referrals

  • Transportation assistance and traveler’s aid

  • Family reunification

  • Clothing vouchers for interview/job clothing



Clinic health care

The Mission House Clinic provides health care services to Duval County residents who are uninsured, 200 percent below the federal poverty level, and at least 18 years of age, who require medical attention. 

At this time, we are limiting new patients.

  • Clinic hours are by appointment only for established patients on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays depending on provider availability.
