Volunteers

Mission House is sustained by the generosity of our donors and also our volunteers. In our kitchen each month over 500 volunteers from churches, organizations and businesses, prepare and serve balanced, nutritious meals to our Mission House clients in our Cay & Andre’s Dining Hall. Meals are at noon and 7:00pm M-F, Noon on Sat. and 3pm on Sun. 

We receive donations from grocery stores and other donors. We need volunteer drivers to pick up the food and others to help stock it in our pantry. 

Dozens of volunteers serve in the "Clothes Closet" to assist with the shower program every day, giving our clients towels, toiletries and clothing that have been donated. We need volunteers to help sort through and stock these donations. 

Our clinic is run entirely by volunteer nurses and doctors. We need a volunteer Pharmacist to distribute medications and others to help fill out in take paperwork.  

ALL OF THESE VOLUNTEER POSITIONS CAN BE DONE ON A WEEKLY OR MONTHLY BASIS.
